QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in accounting, finance and related field required
• 1+ years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
• High responsibility, self motivated, good organizational, efficiency and performance delivery, result oriented, time management and prioritizing skills
• Experience in Intuit QuickBooks and Circle language as an assets
• Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office Pack
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written; Fluent in Mandarin an asset

Responsible for recording and maintaining business transactions, managing bank and general ledger reconciliations, processing accounts payable and receivables, and preparing analysis reports; reporting directly to Accounting Manager.
