Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy fields
  • Fresh Accounting graduates are welcome to apply
  • Between 0 – 3 years’ of work experience in Accounts department or Financial Institutions
  • Able to handle checking of high volume transactions (~1000 per month)
  • Basic understanding of GST application
  • Fast learner and strong attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skill, good command of English is important for communicating in an international environtment

Responsibilities:

  • Handle AP accounts function, checking of APs input by other colleagues
  • Liaise with other department colleagues and suppliers
  • Assist in month end closing
  • Liaise with auditors on audit matter and audit schedules
  • Be the back up person for other functions such as AR
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
