Position Summary
Oxford , a leading global platform for real estate investment, development, and management, are looking for a highly motivated Graduate to complete a 3-year apprenticeship to become a fully qualified Chartered Accountant ACA (ICAEW) with block release and in-house training. Please apply below to express your interest. The apprenticeship will s tart September 2024.
Responsibilities
This training opportunity would provide supervised and practical in-house training in the following:
Month /quarter end review and reporting, including the preparation of bank reconciliations
Preparation of audited and unaudited financial statements for certain legal entities and coordination of year-end audits
Assisting in operational support comprising of accounts payable and processing payments as required
Provide administrative support as needed including filing and organizing financial documents
Responding to ad hoc requests from the wider business
Participation in projects with a focus on continuous improvement and
Ensure compliance with Oxford’s processes and controls.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
You will need to be graduating in 2024 with a 2.1/1st Finance degree, have a logical and analytical mind, enjoy meeting people and be able to communicate clearly and easily.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, have proven financial analytical skills with attention to detail.
A strong willingness to embrace collaborative sharing of knowledge within a teamwork environment, as well as a drive to deliver the highest performance through creative thinking.
