Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role;
  • Speak, write and read in English;
  • Fine attention to detail and prides themselves on accuracy;
  • Self-starter, able to establish priorities and organize daily workload with minimal direction;
  • Good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask and is a solid team player with the ability to meet defined deadlines;
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Windows programs with emphasis on MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Quickbooks Enterprise and/or any other Accounting Software.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit and record daily sales;
  • Recording Invoices into the accounting system;
  • Recording Sales transactions into the accounting system;
  • Export the audited daily sales into the accounting system;
  • Prepare weekly statements for clients;
  • Prepare monthly banking reconciliations;
  • Maintain filing and system records;
  • Answer client inquires (invoices, receipts, general questions related to customer accounts, etc.);
  • Perform accounting and related duties as requested;
