Description:
The position is related to the processing of the DAs that we send to our customers from the capture of invoices from suppliers to the completion of the DA.
The main functions to be performed are:
- Reception, coding and Capture of invoices
- Support for the creation of new files
- Closing of ships (includes the use of the checklist provided, creation of NC to clients, creation of BTF, search for missing invoices when closing jobs and archiving of closed jobs)
- Attention to assigned emails
- Approval and Archiving of invoices
Other tasks related to the objectives and activities of the position.
