Location: Medley/area of Miami (33178)
Schedule: Mon -Fri; 8-5
Salary: $50,000 ideal (possible stretch up to $55,000 to be discussed)

Experience with A/R and A/P ; posting
Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets is needed.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
Will train on software; any knowledge of Logistics industry is a plus
Job Overview: The Accounting Assistant reports to the Finance and Dept. Manager; Performs input of both Account Payables and Account Receivables for some Caribbean Island locations; Processes and posts customer deposits and payments; Reviews and reconciles Customer statements and updates reports with any discrepancies or outstanding aging due for Manager. Communicates with customers as needed.
Experience with A/R and A/P ; posting
