GERDMANS, a strong brand of TAKKT Group is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in Markaryd as Accounting Assistant to shape the future of work!
Are you a driven person who wants to further develop in the field of finance? In the role of finance assistant, you will be part of a finance team of 5 people and initially support mainly in accounts receivable. You will work with the entire accounts receivable flow such as registration and identification of payments, follow-up and reconciliations and be a sounding board in matters relating to the ledger. Reminder and debt collection management, handling of incoming orders and financial statement work are also included and you also assist in liquidity planning and are responsible for internal projects.
Processes and routines are well established in the ledger, but there are always areas for development that you are more than happy to help influence. We therefore look for you to have a strong interest in systems, an aptitude for quickly navigating systems and a good understanding of financial principles and flows.
In an ongoing journey of change and digitalisation, the aim is to eventually work with a structured job rotation, which means that you will have the opportunity to work in a broader role within accounts receivable and accounts payable.
We believe you have a post-secondary financial education or equivalent. You have good knowledge of the Office package (mainly Excel). Experience in accounting is a requirement along with good knowledge of Swedish and English.
As a person, you are curious and motivated by driving your own work forward where you also contribute with new ideas and perspectives. As the work involves a lot of external and internal contacts, it is important that you are service-oriented. You will report to the Accounting Manager.
