Partnering with a well-established, well-tenured team in the construction industry seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their team!
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for month-end close journal entries and reconciliations, and hold responsibility for payroll, AP, and various, as needed, HR tasks. Daily tasks include, but aren’t limited to…
supplier invoice management
manage weekly payment runs
tax payment management
resolving subcontractor invoice discrepancies
enter payroll data
calculate garnishments
balance job cost to the general ledger
track mileage of company vehicles
conduct employment verifications
onboard new employees
and more!
