Description:

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The role involves dealing with entering invoices, reviewing and confirming outstanding statements, monitor and manage email communications related to billing and invoicing. Additional responsibilities will include generating and sending billing invoices to clients, assisting with data entry and updating database to maintain accuracy in financial records.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role or similar.
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Capability to handle Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with billing procedures and Invoice Processing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred.
