Responsibilities:
- Organizing and preparing financial transactions.
- Reconciling transaction, budget and expense reports for monthly reporting.
- Entering data into the accounting system and updating Excel spreadsheets.
- Assisting in the month end close process by updating various schedules and posting monthly close entries.
- Managing the company credit cards through obtaining and transacting credit card receipts.
- Maintaining an organized and efficient filing system.
- Assisting with monthly reporting packages.
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned
