We are looking for an Accounting Clerk (Student / Co-Op) to join our growing team. Consider applying for this incredible opportunity!

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and preparing financial transactions.
  • Reconciling transaction, budget and expense reports for monthly reporting.
  • Entering data into the accounting system and updating Excel spreadsheets.
  • Assisting in the month end close process by updating various schedules and posting monthly close entries.
  • Managing the company credit cards through obtaining and transacting credit card receipts.
  • Maintaining an organized and efficient filing system.
  • Assisting with monthly reporting packages.
  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned
