WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY?
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting and Compensation Specialist with a strong interest in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, and Compensation country-specific to join our International Finance and HR team. This role provides a unique opportunity in a small team to gain hands-on experience in both Compensation and HR coordination, as well as core accounting, financial planning, and treasury operations.
This position is based in Porto area, Portugal
Global Compensation and Benefits
- Oversee the payroll operations across multiple operational countries, ensuring timely execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the monthly payroll variables and liaise with international payroll providers for accurate processing.
- Provide responsive support to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Consolidate global compensation data and provide insights into the cost-effectiveness of various compensation structures and benefits packages
AD-HOC TASKS AND PROJECTS
- Lead diverse projects independently, including Employee relocations, International incorporations/registrations
- Implementation of new finance tools.
