Description:
ACCOUNTING CREW - MATERNITY LEAVE COVER
For a maternity replacement, we are looking for a person for our Administration and Finance department
REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for a person with a good knowledge of Microsoft applications, who has at least a couple of years’ experience in a similar role or alternatively has completed Business Economics studies. Strong accounting knowledge will be required. Working in a multinational context, a fair knowledge of English will be preferred. Knowledge of SAP application and practical knowledge of VAT, exports and tax returns will be unnecessary but appreciated.
Responsibilities:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
- recording customer and supplier invoices
- registration of bank movements
- administrative backoffice
- collections and payments, RiBa management
- VAT, LiPe, Intrastat
