We are worldwide with current offices in London, Los Angeles, Amsterdam and Stockholm. The Stockholm office opened in 2021 and currently employs three accountants and two lawyers.
We are currently seeking a strategic, business driven, Accounting Director for our Stockholm office.

You are a financial expert with a business owner’s mindset, adept at navigating the fiscal challenges of a global market while leveraging opportunities to enhance sales and profitability. With a strong foundation in finance, you bring a track record of using financial insights to ensure results for clients. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at aligning financial and business goals to drive success.
You will work closely with our legal, tax and royalty teams (local and internationally) and you are open to working in an environment where problem solving and business development for clients are crucial.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Swedish and English
- Excellent prioritization and project management skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy - strives to produce work of a high standard;
- Focused and results driven.
- Openness to working in an environment where problem-solving and co-operation is essential.
EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an auditor with extensive knowledge of consolidated accounts.
- Robust understanding of financial principles and a strategic mindset geared towards business expansion in an international environment.

Responsibilities:
- Champion the financial strategy for our clients, driving profitability and ensuring financial health aligns with business goals.
- Oversee all areas of accounting in respect of our clients; regulatory compliance, reporting, tax and salaries.
- Ensure robust financial controls and processes are in place for our clients.
- Further develop of our services and accounting practice in Sweden.
- Manage the Swedish accounting team.
