Responsibilities:

Act as a point of contact between our clients and the Accounting Team through ticket-based communication, by initiating the document collection process and if applicable, escalating their enquiries and concerns to the relevant teams to ensure good client relationship and experience.
Follow-up with clients for accounting document collection through ticket-based communication.
Configure and set up client company settings inside our internally developed system based on ad-hoc requests and provided information.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of bank transactions in our internally developed system based on ad-hoc requests and provided information.
Maintain an Excel spreadsheet to track new incoming client assignments.
Manage user accounts within our internally developed system to ensure that user accounts are accurately reflecting the assigned task for the Accounting department.
Any additional tasks as required by Management.
