Your role
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Finance team as an Accounting Manager who will oversee our accounting function and play a pivotal role within our group finance team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about driving accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all aspects of finance. This is a varied role, with a broad scope that includes both advanced and more routine responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of accounting for the Nordic companies
  • Responsible for monthly/quarterly/yearly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Manage all tax forms, ensuring they are submitted in accordance with deadlines
  • Support in the creation of the annual report for the Swedish subsidiaries
  • Support the yearly audit process to secure that timetable and cost budget are met
  • Intercompany invoicing and reconciliation
  • Prepare and present annual reports, collaborating closely with our finance team to support our strategic objectives.
  • Oversee accounts payable (AP) operations, managing invoicing and vendor payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our accounting partners, acting as a bridge to streamline and enhance cross-team collaboration.

Who you are

  • Education within in Accounting/Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Strong previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Swedish and English
  • Familiar with using an accounting system
  • Previous industry experience is advantageous

Start date: upon agreement
Employment type: full time (with six months probationary employment)
