ABCO is seeking a full-time permanent Accounting Manager to join our growing team!
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Accounting or equivalent, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an accounting field similar to this position, and will be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience in financial forecasting/modelling would be an asset, as would a CPA certification. The individual must possess good time management skills and the commitment to meet deadlines; will be highly motivated, innovative and well organized; have strong communication, problem-solving skills and work ethic; have a strong commitment to teamwork, leadership skills, and have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Accounting Manager’s primary responsibility is to provide assistance in all accounting related processes, analyses and reporting.
This is a full-time, on-site role. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing financial statements, performing analytical tasks, handling journal entries, overseeing finances and managing fixed assets on a day-to-day basis as well as general supervision of the accounting and administrative team.
