• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the firm’s quarterly and annual financial statements
• Shared responsibility for reviewing all journal entries prepared by Staff and Senior Accountant(s) for over 500 entities, including 90+ that are audited
• Shared responsibility for preparing quarterly valuation analysis of portfolio investments and internal entities
• Preparation of reporting for senior management
• Provide support on special projects, including regulatory compliance and certification matters
• Shared responsibility in treasury function, including deal closings and quarterly distribution calculations
• Interface with auditors, bank contacts, and senior management
• Oversight of the accuracy of data in the PEView system, creating reports as needed
• Serve as a mentor, leader and manager on the accounting team
