JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager/Controller to oversee all aspects of accounting in a QuickBooks environment for a Canadian manufacturing company based in North Etobicoke

EDUCATION:
- Accounting Degree.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting operations and staff, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Process cheque, payments, and daily banking operations.
- Inventory controls and Year-end reports.
- Monthly financial reconciliation.
- Communicate effectively with management, staff, and customers.
- Ensures reliable and punctual attendance.
