Description:
Accounting Manager/Full Charge Bookkeeper Needed!
Our client, a small real estate firm in the Avon area is in search of an Accounting Manager/ Full Charge Bookkeeper to add to their small office! The Accounting Manager will be an important part of the company and the overall success of the office. Responsibilities consist of but are not limited to; Posting payments, full cycle accounts payable, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, financial preparation for properties, cash flow analysis, quarterly reporting, assisting with periodic audits, and other industry related projects as assigned- running the office, lease administration, property audits etc.
The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in an accounting role, with a strong preference on experience with property management/real estate accounting, will be proficient in MS Office, and will have a willingness to learn and be trusted to work independently. A competitive salary ranging from $70,000-85,000 is offered depending on experience along with a custom benefits package!

- Proven experience in a full charge bookkeeping or general accounting role within a similar industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions
- Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
- Familiarity with property accounting practices is strongly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ok with working in a small office and autonomy!
