Accounting Manager - Integration

Super cool and very rare opportunity. The role is a post integration Accounting Manager role.
Working with key business departments across all verticals, external auditors (B4), lightly with the M& A team.
Top regional/B4 Senior Auditors this is the opportunity you are looking for to transition to a high growth Fortune Company.
My client is a Global Fortune company based in NYC. They are in heavy acquisition mode, adding newly acquired companies to their portfolio.
The SVP is adding a net new position due to growth to support the post-acquisition/integration of these companies.
As always, these are permanent, full time, fully benefited salaried positions (these are NOT temp, or temp to perm).

COMPENSATION IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE:

The Accounting Manager of Integration is between $120 - $160k base + discretionary bonus
They are in the office 3 days and remote 2 days.

A really cool and unique role, that will be focused on post- acquisition of new companies/entities
Working with key business departments, external auditors (B4), lightly with the M& A team
Role is heavily focused Project Management of the integration from Day 1 through completion
This role will help integrate companies into the parent company
Human capital, systems, GL packages, financials, technical research (ASC 805, 842 etc.)
Governance
Reviewing their auditing process, is there one, if so, is it to the standards etc…
Who are you?
Preference is a straight B4/top regional auditor or public/private with integration or carve out experience
A minimum of a BA/BS in finance from a top accredited school
CPA or parts past is a huge +
Technical research experience around ASC 606, 842, 805 etc.
IFRS experience is a huge +
5+ years of experience.
Exceptional communications skills are required. A great dynamic personality and the ability to work along your fellow colleagues is crucial.
He or she must be able to effectively collaborate with individuals both inside and outside the company.
