Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely completion of account closures using accounting software.
  • Continuously improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee external audit requirements to ensure timely completion of annual financial audits.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports on a quarterly and annual basis to the MAS, IRAS, and CPFB.
  • Process payroll monthly with accuracy and punctuality.
  • Document and update accounting and treasury procedures regularly to ensure they remain current and effective.
  • Ensure timely vendor payments and proactively manage outstanding customer payments.
  • Manage corporate finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis to support key business decisions.
  • Monitor and optimize the company’s capital structure and maintain liquidity to support business operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Operations, Admin, People, Fund Operations) as needed to support organizational goals.
