Description:

Robert Half is hiring Accounting Manager for a short-term project with a real estate client. This role is 100% on-site in Bay Harbor, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Streamlining and improving the Accounts Payable (AP) process for efficiency.
  • Utilizing accounting software systems to maintain accurate customer credit records.
  • Implementing effective strategies to scale the business quickly.
  • Optimizing AP within Yardi and other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Handling auditing and billing functions to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Utilizing ADP - Financial Services for processing customer applications.
  • Leveraging BlackLine and Concur for financial operations management.
  • Overseeing the accounts receivable (AR) process to ensure timely payments.
  • Utilizing optimization skills to maximize the effectiveness of accounting functions.
  • Working with the team to transform and clean up the accounting process.
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services and Yardi software
  • Familiarity with BlackLine software
  • Proficiency in using Concur for expense management
  • Ability to handle all Accounting Functions effectively
  • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Auditing skills
  • Knowledge of Billing Functions
  • Ability to contribute to process Optimization.
