REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Hands-on accounting experience as an Accounting Manager or Controller, within a manufacturing environment
Relatable experience managing financial statements, general ledger, inventory and reconciliations.
Supervisory experience is highly preferred.

Oversee and manage all financial operations, including general ledger analysis and bank reconciliations
Regularly prepare, interpret, and present financial statements and reports such as annual reports and quarterly sales and tax returns
Manage inventory, tracking material costs, production costs, and overall inventory levels using ERP System
Monitor financial parameters such as costing strategies, inventory valuation, and order tracking to ensure profitable business operations
Supervise and support staff members responsible for day-to-day transactions including bill payments, recording sales, and cash receipts
Administer and oversee annual audits on 401k as part of the company’s 401k Administration
Prepare and submit Federal tax returns on a quarterly basis
Lead and execute special projects related to process improvements
