Accounting Manager opportunity responsible for managing the company’s capital investments, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting of all capital assets, and optimizing capital asset utilization. This role requires a deep understanding of treasury functions, capital asset accounting, and financial reporting standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

BA Finance, Accounting or related field
5-10 years of asset accounting experience
Strong capital asset knowledge & experience is required.

Oversee the management of the company’s capital assets, including tracking acquisitions, dispositions, and transfers.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of capital assets in the financial system.
Develop and maintain asset management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations
Assist in the management of the overall capital budget process for the company, including tracking actuals to budget and reforecasting.
Monitor actual spending against budgeted amounts and provide variance analysis
Drive productivity and efficiency through the implementation of process improvement and technology solutions, enhancing leadership transparency and controls.
