Accounting Manager

We are partnering with a construction firm in their search for an Accounting Manager. The candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects from a financial aspect.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project accountant
• Collaborate with project managers to resolve issues
• Coordinate with senior management to assist with project budgets and goals
• Oversee project invoicing, ensuring compliance with contract terms
• Review and approve invoices
• Manage project cash flow, ensuring timely payment of subcontractors and vendors
• Utilize accounting software and other related tools
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, billing functions
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 4+ years’ accounting experience in the construction (or closely related) industry.
