Accounting Manager

We are in search of an Accounting Manager to join our team in Newport Beach, California. In this role, you will be entrusted with the financial management of the company, taking care of the company’s accounts, payroll, budget, and cash receipts. You will also be involved in handling the company’s transactions, debts, and conducting cash flow forecasting.

• Implementing and supervising the company’s financial strategy
• Managing the company’s financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
• Handling the company’s transactions and debts
• Conducting cash flow forecasting
• Performing the company’s financial audits
• Adhering to proper accounting procedures to meet financial objectives
• Monitoring and analyzing financial accounting data
• Creating financial reports based on data analysis
• Making recommendations to business stakeholders
• Utilizing accounting software systems, ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, EPS, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and other relevant skills for accounting functions, accounts payable, auditing, balance sheet account, and budget processes.
• Mastery of Accounting Software Systems is essential
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
• Knowledge of BlackLine is desirable
• Familiarity with EPS is beneficial
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is expected
• Expertise in Accounting Functions is necessary
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) is required
• Auditing skills are a must
• Knowledge of Balance Sheet Account is crucial
• Experience with Budget Processes is essential
