Accounting Manager/Supervisor

We are in search of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to be an integral part of our team in Lake Worth, Florida, United States. This role involves overseeing financial activities and operations, managing daily deposits, and conducting monthly bank reconciliations. The successful candidate will also be involved in tax preparation, administrative support, payroll management, and human resources.

Manage financial activities and operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Supervise HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
Provide administrative support and handle tasks as required.
Record daily deposits to maintain up-to-date financial records.
Utilize accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning for efficient financial management.
Perform accounts payable and receivable duties, auditing, and billing functions.
Conduct regular bank reconciliations and handle month-end closings.

Collaborate with CPA for the preparation and filing of annual taxes.

• Hold a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
• Possess proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Have experience with SAP or similar ERP
• Display working knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of Accounting Functions
• Have experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Should have a background in Auditing
• Be capable of managing Billing Functions
• Have experience in managing Month End Close processes
