REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of Accounting or Accounts Receivable experience
Minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role
Solid knowledge of accounting and management principles
Experience in balance sheet review, variance tracking and budgeting process
Organized, proactive, and self-directed mindset
Excellent problem-solving and planning skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Motivation to develop relationships
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience with Yardi/Argus preferred

Responsibilities:
Reviewing property budgets and reforecasts
Interaction with internal groups to produce accounting information
Overseeing staff work for accuracy and completeness
Preparation of variance analytics and financial statements
Ensuring timely compliance reporting
Developing accounting policies and procedures
Management of Accounts Receivable process
Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
Overseeing Common Area Maintenance reconciliations and billings
Assisting in setting long-term financial goals
General support to the accounting department
Carrying out special projects as needed
