Accounting Manager/Supervisor

We are offering an opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor at our office based in NORTHGLENN, Colorado. This role falls within the industry of financial services, where you will be managing accounting functions and supervising the team to ensure efficient operation.

• Supervise and manage the overall accounting functions including but not limited to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Oversee the utilization of various Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Conduct regular auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage the end-of-month close process, ensuring all financial data is accounted for and accurate.
• Directly supervise team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure efficient team performance.
• Utilize SAP software for various accounting tasks and reporting.
• Handle customer inquiries related to accounting issues and provide satisfactory resolutions.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status.
• Ensure proper utilization of BlackLine and Concur software for financial operations.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications efficiently.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of accounting or related area
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Familiarity with various Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proven skills in Auditing
• Experience in Month End Close processes
• Capacity for Direct Supervision of a team
• Proficiency in using SAP
• Experience in Supervising a team or leading a project.
