Accounting Manager/Supervisor

We are on the hunt for a proficient Accounting Manager/Supervisor to be a part of our team in the Restaurants & Catering industry. This role is situated in Coppell, Texas, 75063, United States and will involve overseeing accounting functions, utilizing various accounting software systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, and auditing
• Utilize multiple technical platforms, with a strong emphasis on Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM Fusion
• Analyze financial issues, develop strategic solutions, and provide innovative ideas for efficiency
• Exhibit leadership capabilities and manage multiple task assignments independently
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other cross-functional team members to produce scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions
• Monitor and take appropriate action on customer accounts
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer credit records
• Handle billing functions and maintain financial systems
• Utilize and manage various accounting software systems including ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Restaurants & Catering industry
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with BlackLine software
• Knowledge of Concur software
• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Experience in managing Accounting Functions
• Strong skills in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proven experience in Auditing
• Ability to handle Billing Functions efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
