Accounting Manager/Supervisor

We are seeking an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This role is instrumental in the construction industry and involves managing a variety of accounting activities including maintaining the general ledger system and coordinating the budget process.

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Conduct research on accounting issues to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Manage and maintain the general ledger system
• Conduct reviews of ledger entries and reconciliations
• Supervise the accounting staff and oversee their training
• Coordinate the budgeting process
• Oversee the processing of accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure the accuracy of billing functions
• Manage the use of accounting software systems and ERP solutions
• Oversee auditing activities.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as an Accounting Manager or Supervisor.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required.
• Experience in implementing and managing ERP Solutions is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee all Accounting Functions.
• Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Solid background in conducting Auditing procedures.
• Proven experience in handling Billing Functions.
