Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and managing the budgeting process. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software to maintain efficient financial practices. You may choose to be an employee with benefits or contractor if you have your own business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in an accounting management role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes along with payroll management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills
    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: $42.05-$60.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 24 per week

  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
