Description:
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Experience with data entry, Excel, QuickBooks, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable is an asset (training is available).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate reliability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to manage workload fluctuations.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business administration or accounting is an asset.
- Familiarity with accounting software, Microsoft Office, and banking portals is beneficial.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring timely approvals.
- Enter invoices, bills, and payments into QuickBooks.
- Assist with cheque runs for corporate and production accounting.
- Support month-end reconciliations, as well as quarter- and year-end processes.
- Respond to inquiries via email and phone.
- Manage general office administration, including ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, coordinating courier services, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
