One of the European leaders in Risk and Wealth Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for an Accounting & Reporting Specialist to join the Finance & Administration department – foreign branches office.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master degree with excellent grades in Economics/ Finance
  • Previous experience of 2-4 years in the same role within either a structured company or in an audit firm
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Excel) and accounting software
  • Very good English level (at least B2)

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong interest in digital innovation, analytical thinking, ability to understand the company processes through the analysis of both management and accounting data
  • Very good communicational and relational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Reception and integration of the local accounting from branches into the company’s system;
  • Adjustment of local accounting to Group accounting principles, including the conversion of transactions into the Group’s currency;
  • Management of relationships with foreign bookkeepers to ensure accurate and timely accounting of company transactions;
  • Management of the intercompany transaction reconciliation process;
  • Production of financial reports for management, including budget variance analysis and forecasting, cash flow, and translation statements;
  • Support in interim and year-end closing activities;
  • Collaboration with other departments to improve the efficiency of administrative processes;
  • Support in maintaining relationships with the audit firm.
