Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Solutions Manager to manage the financial accounting and reporting for designated entities. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary business partner to financial planning, collaborate closely with senior leadership, develop work plans to achieve financial objectives, and contribute to technical accounting transactions. This role requires an understanding of accounting, and the ability to provide executive-level problem-solving.
- Demonstrated expertise in effectively communicating and presenting new concepts and policies to senior executives, enabling successful buy-in from the C-suite.
- Act as a white-glove executive problem solver, addressing high-level financial issues with precision and expertise.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive business performance.
- Field and address complex financial questions from executives and other stakeholders, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
- Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure financial considerations are integrated into all business decisions.
- Guide stakeholders to the correct contact for issues related to P-Cards, payroll, travel and expense management, purchase order requisitions, invoices, ect.
- Develop and implement solutions for complex financial challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address executive-level inquiries.
