Description:
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Supporting the Accounting Manager in Accounting functions incl. tax for the Singapore legal entities and ensure the accounting records are compliant with approved accounting standards and statutory requirements. Liaise with accounting functions GBS team, local Singapore and SEA hub business function.
Key Responsibilities:
AR & AP
Wholesale, Retail & eCom AR & AP: Support of account payables and receivables, ensuring complete supporting documents according to company guidelines, principles.
- Timely and accurate processing of daily receipts, monthly vendor invoices and payments
- Managing weekly GIRO collection and upkeeping of GIRO application for vendors
- Submission, coding (GL) and reconciliation of invoices
- Ecom sales reconciliation
