Description:

  • Handles AP & AR
  • Prepare payment to suppliers
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Preparation of monthly GST return
  • Support the finance department by performing data entry and managing GL postings
  • Assist in monthly and yearly closing processes to ensure all financial data is accurately reported
  • Handle day-to-day office and admin duties like collect mails from letter boxes, filling, etc.Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • Min GCE O Level
  • Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
  • Location: Tampines
  • Salary: Up to $2400Able to start work immediate or on short notice
