NRG7 is a well-established brand within the VEU and Solar Industry.
We supply and install Solar systems, Hot Water Heat Pumps and Air Cons throughout Australia. Our business also manufacture and import products from overseas.
We are a growing business - with a small, dynamic team that prides itself on supplying a high-quality product with excellent customer service and delivery in a very competitive market.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

To be successful, the applicant must have the following skills:
+ Previous experience (1-2 years) in Accounting and Admin.
+ Excellent attention to detail.
+ Proficient hands-on experience in XERO and admin management of XERO software.
+ MS Office skills, with a high degree of confidence in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Excellent time management and organisational skills.
+ Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
+ Excellent analytical skills.
+ Honesty and reliability are a must!
The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager, Compliance Manager & Managing Director, with ongoing liaising with our external group accountant firm, as required.
Ideally, this role would suit someone with a can-do attitude and who loves working within a small team environment.
Please Note: This is not a work-from-home role. This is an office-based role with onsite parking provided.

Responsibilities:

The role is for an Accounts/Office Administrator:

  • Invoicing , Billing , Inventory Management.
  • Collecting payments and follow up on payments.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable.
  • Reconciling Bank Statements.
  • Monthly Payroll.
  • Monthly Sales and Commission Reports.
  • Monthly Accounting Reports including P & L, Balance Sheets, BAS and PAYG
  • Reporting.
  • Superannuation account management.
  • HR Administration of Sick/Holiday/Leave Forms.
  • Staff Expense Report Management.
  • Office Supplies Ordering.
