Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Administration Executive to join our team. This role encompasses accounting responsibilities, administrative support, and compliance with GST regulations. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks, manage office supplies, support administrative functions, and ensure accurate GST filing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles, with a focus on GST filing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of GST regulations and compliance requirements in Singapore.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Management: Process and record invoices, receipts, and payments.Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.Assist in preparing financial statements and audits.
  • GST Filing and Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns in compliance with Singapore regulations.Maintain accurate GST records and ensure proper documentation.Stay updated on GST changes and ensure compliance with current regulations.Assist with GST audits and queries from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
  • Administrative Support: Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.Support HR functions such as employee records and benefits administration.Maintain and organize company documents and records.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.Assist in preparing and filing necessary statutory documents.Provide support during audits and inspections.
  • Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by management.Provide support to various departments as needed.
