Description:

· Lead the finance team and provide guidance and training to the team
· Review weekly payroll and invoicing and able to guide and advise adjustments if needed
· Review the monthly payroll tax report and submit to the State governments for all 8 entities, respond the enquiries from state governments if needed
· Review and submit monthly IAS/Quarterly BAS report for all 8 entities, respond the enquiries from ATO if needed
· Review and prepare quarterly Super report
· Maintain vehicle registers for 4 entities and ensure the relevant insurance policies to company vehicles are up to date.
· Maintain assets registers on a yearly basis
· Ensure the financials are correct and up to date in the report on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
· Managing business insurance policies and workers compensation insurance for all entities and understands wages declaration to workers compensation.
· Prepare monthly/yearly Long Service leave report
· Liaise with external accountant for annual income tax/FBT returns, respond the enquiries from external accountant if needed
· Liaise with directors and provide accurate monthly/quarterly financial report and assist directors to make decisions on financial perspective
· Liaise with operations, sales, and hr team for new clients/suppliers/employees onboarding
· Any other ad-hoc tasks by directors and other teams
Skills:
· Good knowledge of Xero software
· CPA/CA qualified
· Good level of Microsoft and Google Suite skills.
· Good Communication and teamwork skills
· Attention to Details
· 3-5 years in finance and accounting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
