Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our Corporate Property Services team in Bracknell.
Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17.30, opportunity for flexible working upon passing probation.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- No previous accounting experience necessary, however some knowledge of the accounting function is beneficial.
- Be ambitious and are currently or has a desire to study towards an accounts qualification e.g. AAT.
- Have adequate Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Be organised and good at problem solving.
- Have good communication skills and can work calmly under pressure to meet deadlines.
- You will take pride to work to high standards to achieve the best possible outcome for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
The team play a key role within the business to ensure all sales and purchase transactions are completed in a timely manner in line with the clients SLA and to provide timely and accurate financial information using generally accepted accounting principles internally and externally.
- Process a large volume of purchase invoices accurately on to the accounting ledger. Set up new suppliers and maintain the supplier record. Ensure manual BACS payments are processed promptly.
- Process a large volume of sales invoices accurately on to the accounting ledger. Set up new clients and maintain the client records. Ensure credits notes and refunds to clients are processed promptly.
- Accurately process the banking transactions on a daily basis and efficiently deal with any queries that arise.
- Accurately produce and maintain computer files for each property in accordance with business procedures.
- Running reports, providing stats and analysing data.
- Ensure that all correspondence is carried out strictly in accordance with procedures.
