We are currently searching for a full-time, permanent Accounts Assistant at our Dublin Studio
Working within a highly dynamic and creative business environment, this role offers the right candidate a wonderful opportunity to join an exciting high growth company. As part of the Finance Team the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the Finance function of 9 Story Distribution International Limited gaining valuable experience and career development with exciting possibilities for future growth within the company.

  • Strong Excel and Accounting Software skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Accounting technician or part-qualified accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Extract relevant information from sales agreements and royalty reports in order to process sales invoicing
  • Maintain royalty tracker
  • Communication with customers to receive relevant documentation and timely payment
  • Monitor and apply receipts to customer accounts
  • Prepare and process weekly supplier payment runs
  • Preparation of producer reports
  • Maintain capped expenses tracker and other ad hoc tasks
  • Resolution of queries with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in other book-keeping and accounts maintenance tasks as required
