Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
  • Support the accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee expense records.
  • Provide support during audits and help prepare necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for financial records.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
