Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4-5+ years in a similar role, with Hotel experience a distinct advantage
  • Experience with online Procure Wizard , Guestline and Alkimii is an advantage

Responsibilities:

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Assisting with the production of the monthly management accounts including P&L accounts, KPI’s and Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Maintain and reconcile nominal accounts to Trial Balance
  • Process Income audit, Bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation
  • Assist with debtor, deposit and gift card ledgers.
  • Monitor purchase orders and supplier invoices via the Hotel online procurement system - Procure Wizard
  • Assist with Creditors ledger and Creditor payments.
