    We are seeking a driven Accounts Assistant to join the Finance team at Claridge’s.

Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Data Entry and Record Keeping
  • Transaction Recording: Entering financial transactions into accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Processing Invoices: Receiving, verifying, and processing supplier invoices for payment.
  • Processing Expenses: Reviewing and processing employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Payment Preparation: Preparing payment runs, including checks, electronic transfers, and bank drafts.
  • Reconciling Statements: Ensuring all invoices are received, recorded, and paid by reconciling supplier statements.
  • Month-End Close: Supporting month-end and year-end close processes by preparing necessary journal entries and reconciliations.
