Job Description:

The main responsibilities are to ensure the efficient and accurate running of the purchase ledger, assist with the running of the company purchasing card programme and maintenance of bank accounts ledger entries.

  • Checking and processing of supplier invoices;
  • Checking and processing of employee expenses;
  • Preparation and posting of creditor and employee expenses payment runs;
  • Reconciliation of creditor balances;
  • Maintenance of multi-currency cashbooks and associated bank reconciliations;
  • Assist with the management and administration of the company’s corporate purchasing card programs;
  • Petty Cash;
  • Other ad-hoc assignments and assistance during month-end as and when needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Economic Studies (or related fields);
  • 1 to 3 years of previous accounts payable experience;
  • Excellent numeracy skills;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including a high level of expertise in Excel;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Conversation to fluent in English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
