One of Mulpha’s Business Units is The Signal Group. The Signal Group is one of Australia’s largest staff identification and branded merchandise providers. Based from our manufacturing facility and distribution centre in South-East Queensland, we service clients Australia wide, supplying customised name badges, personal and ID security solutions, awards, trophies, promotional products, workwear, apparel, headwear and signage.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will assist with the accurate and efficient management of financial records and transactions for The Signal Group.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to
Process invoices and credits for customers across several business units, utilising a variety of platforms and in a timely manner. .
Receive and process customer payments through payment gateways, ensuring adherence to credit policies.
Handle accounts payable processing efficiently and accurately.
Conduct daily bank reconciliations to ensure account accuracy.
Manage the Accounts Receivable & Payables inboxes, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Process customer and supplier account forms and other relevant documentation.
Send statements, reminders, and follow-up communications to customers to ensure timely payment.
Conduct phone calls and emails to remind customers to pay within their credit terms.
Collaborate with Sales Representatives to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Maintain the integrity of the Xero system, including accurate updates to customer and supplier information.
Assist the Finance Manager with meeting audit requirements, providing necessary documentation and support.
Order office supplies and perform ad hoc office tasks as needed.
