Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will support the finance team in handling day to day finance matters. Handle AR functions such as generating invoices, reconciliations, month end closing, follow up on payments, reporting, compliances matters and audit. Point of contact to the business.

You will need to:

  • Ensure prompt and accurate issuance of client’s invoice
  • Respond to customers and business unit enquiries
  • Resolve any billing discrepancies
  • Review Customers’ Aging report, follow up with clients and ensure that payment is received on time
  • Involve in month-end closing
  • Involve in managing finance related configurations in the CRM system (e.g updating price table, product list)
  • Perform Balance sheet and payment reconciliations
  • Handle interface file issues between billing and financial system
  • Support Compliance matters, MOH and Statutory Audits
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties and projects (e.g. CRM enhancements and productivity projects, cover-duty arrangement)

QUALIFICATIONS

You should have:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting from local Polytechnic or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in maintaining partial/full sets of accounts
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheet
  • Prior experience on SAP is an added advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Meticulous with eyes for accuracy, committed, discreet and team player
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work with minimum supervision
