We, Allans Pool Shop, have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts and Admin Officer with Xero and Vend -Light speed experience to support our team. You will become an integral part of the business with great variety of responsibilities . The position is located at Anderson street in Cairns on a permanent full-time basis.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Long term employment history is desirable
• Minimum 5 years working experience
• Advanced working knowledge of Xero;
• Knowledge on Vend- Lightspeed is necessary
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise workload;
• Experience with office management and administration procedures;
• High level computer knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Knowledge on Pool Industry is necessary

• Accounts payable and receivable in Xero;
• General ledger transactional processing from bank statements;
• Attendance to regular bank reconciliations;
• Stock receivable through Vend-lightspeed system
• End of month reporting/reconciliation;
• Invoicing through the Scheduling System, Vend and Xero
• Resposible for Service Scheduling System
• Responsible for monitoring workshop workflow and updating customers
• Debt collection process
• General administration duties – filing, emails, scanning, phone calls, etc.
• Shop sales duties – including water testing if needed basis
