Cairns Beach Resort, the only one Holiday Accommodations on the stunning beachfront of Holloways Beach, offers guests a unique tropical getaway with amenities such as lush gardens, a resort-style saltwater pool, and easy access to attractions like the Great Barrier Reef and SkyRail terminal. After 2023 Cyclone Jasper and Flooding, we have developed an overall refurbishment and expansion programme. As we embark on an exciting renovation and expansion plan, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Clerk to join our team and drive this initiative to success.

• Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable documentation.
• Reconciling invoices and managing payment dispatch.
• Analysing and investigating costs related to proposed expenditures, wages, and standard costs.
• Performing bank reconciliations and allocating expenses to specific budget accounts.
• Preparing summaries of expenditure and receipts.
• Maintaining records of standard costs for items such as raw materials and packaging.
• Recording cost variations and monitoring contract price changes.
• Compiling cost data for operating budgets and profit and loss calculations.
• Investigating expenditure costs, quotations, and estimates.
• Preparing detailed reports on total costs, inventory adjustments, selling prices, and profits.
